Clio Problems - Please Help!!!!

My central locking has failed on the 1.4 that I have, also the radio is now requesting a code. Car starts fine, runs okay, just these two problems. Are they connected, what could it be, and what's the fix - anyone please help!!!!! Please e-mail me if you can give me advice at
