What did you do to warrant the bombing you with negative feedback? And I thought you could only leave feedback one time per purchase?

WTF?
you didn't pay, therefore you are a non-paying member.
Then you go and tell them to stop being an Asshole?
Great.
So now you're an abusive non-paying member.
Grow the fuck up.
Anyway, once again, seeing as how it's one feedback per item, how are they bombarding you with negative feedback? Unless of course it's more than one item which you haven't paid for.
So now you're a abusive continually non-paying member.

You should have it setup before you buy (sounds like you waited after). And communication is key when buying or selling on ebay. If you don't pay right away, let them know how you will pay and when. Through my experience, most ebay members/stores don't like to wait too long for payment. If you use a money order, don't use regular mail service. Use express mail or something relatively quick.

Ebay guidelines give you 3 days to contact the seller/buyer and 10 days to complete payment. If you miss these then you deserve to be considered a deadbeat buyer.

When i sell i hate late payment, i'll cancell it quickly if it's past the 10 days and to reply or contact from bidder...and they get negitive feedback and no item!!!

Try going to a store and 'buying' stuff, then stand at the counter making excuses as to why you can't pony up at the right time. Why should the other guys have to wait for you to get organised and how does this make Ebay 'evil'?
Try buying the same item at a yard sale and see just how long the seller will put up with you jerking them around.

not only would it annoy me if you weren't paying on time, but what guarantee do i have that you're actually going to pay and that your paypal account is messed up. for all i know you could be bs-ing me and stalling for time while i send the package and you end up not paying.
bottome line is, as people have said before, you didn't pay, therefore you're a non-paying customer. pretty simple isn't it

Do you know this member personally??? sounds like you made several purchases from this same seller. If so, wouldn't you have noticed after attempting to pay for the FIRST item that there was a problem with your account?? That said, if there was a problem the first time, you should've resolved the problem before making followup purchases. He could've only left negative feedback one time for the first transaction and you could easily continue with 1 blemish on your record.... but this just sounds ignorant. Best you could hope for is to get the feedback "mutually withdrawn".

if i win something, but don't have the money there and then to pay, then i just send the seller a message explaining the situation, appologising for the delay and telling them i'll arrange payment as soon as possible. i've yet to have a problem.
