Whats wrong with Motegi's?

My brother keep on telling me, dont get Motegi's. I want to know whats wrong with them. I want the MR-7's for my 93 civic hatch. If anyone knows of any other wheels that look good on my car please let me know.

I don't see anything wrong with Motegi, I have the MR7's and they are fine.

I don't know of anything wrong with motegi except for the weight ratio in comparison to your stock rims (stock rims are lighter)? Maybe he had a bad experience?:eek:

That is true they are heavy but they look good. Even old people ask me about them.:D

Motegi = American Racing = CRAP!

"Racing" rims that weigh 22lbs+ come on dude get serious. Paint quality is cheap and will crack/chip easily - your money do what the heck you want.

I have had mine for a year and they have zero nicks or scratches. Only draw back is they are heavy.

if they look good get em.....i wouldent buy any american racing rims cuz of the logo if it didnt have the logo acouple of their rims look good just the sight of that AR makes me sick, my friend has a mustang and he has some AR rims and they look good on his car but he got ripped off $1,400 for 4 17's, they ripped him bigtime!

very nice looking but heavy. good appearance mod if that's what you're looking for
