Battery Drain

Hi Everyone
Can someone please help.
My 75 diesel tourer flattens it's battery overnight.
Have fitted new battery, had alternator checked, it is pumping out 45 - 50A and 14V. Amperes drop off from alternator as battery charges up.
With ammeter connected to negative lead and everything turned off and car locked down it is showing a drain of around 0.5A.
I have tried pulling all fuses one at a time in engine compartment and under glove box but drain still remains.
I also noticed that about the same time the audio went off on my dash (no radio, cd or nice lady in navigation unit speaking). The red light under the volume on/off control no longer illuminates.
Could it be coincidence or it may be related to the above?
regards
Keith
