Free Mods For 95' Gs Eclipse...

Hey what's up, I was wondering would anyone know any free mods for my car? When I first started racing the car I was running 16.9s, Now I dropped to a 16.4. I already found out dropping your front tire psi to 20lbs works, and I did take out my spair tire. But that's it, I am running a Injen cool air intake with K&N filter. Also I have DCS headers with a fart can that I bought from NAPA... But so far it's 16.4 my lowest time. Does anyone know how I can get lower for free or cheap!?
