1988 Blower Motor Help

First of all I want to say thanks in advance for any help or suggestions to my questions below.

My father-in-law has a 1988 Plymouth Voyager and the blower motor doesn't work. He said he went for gas and it was working fine. He went to leave and the blower wouldn't start back up.
I checked the fuse and it's good. I want to check the blower relay which I think is under the hood but there are 4-5 of them on the drivers side above the wheel wells. Could any one tell me which one is for the blower?

If this is ok, what would anyone alse recommend checking before tearing out the blower motor itself?

Again, thanks for any help anyone has to offer.

It could be the blower speed switch itself burned out/open. You need a voltmeter to see if power is getting to the blower speed switch.

Mine went out on my 92 and they cleaned the contacts on the relay and said it was corroded. Worked well for a month and then quit again. The motor would work if you hit the case with a hammer so they replaced the motor. Cost me around $300 and I was mad. Most of it was labor getting it out.
