Anyone ever built this? Or seen it even? The dude's item description leaves alot to the imagination...
Consent has upper-offered a bid.
Since it is an old product, a package fades.
Since it is an age-old article, please understand some bruise and dirt of a box.
Photography sake The lid was opened.
VW GOLF GTI OFF ROAD 1/24 IMAI
Since it opened by carrying out only Brand new., it is considered as medieval times. Since it opened for the check of photography and an inside, it was considered as medieval times.

I would definitely suggest a better translation program to the seller. that is just horrible!
do a google search on it, and see what you come up with. then check the seller's feedback and ammount of sales. that's about all I could suggest, ebay can be a risky blessing.
one other thing, you'd better hurry, I might look for it and try to get it too!

And I LOVE funky lifted cars.(Donk's not iuncluded-sorry lownslow)if only they were 4x4 and not hugeridiculous rims:rolleyes:..then sure..Donk's all the way. http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZhirobee16QQhtZ-1

Never seen this kit before but I know how Imai's kit are, and I must say that you'll have a lot of additional work to make everything fit .Details are not the best part of their kit, everything will be very simplified, so if you want a detailed car you'll need to adapt other parts or scratchbuild them.
Very interesting subject, I know your models and I know you have the skills to make something awesome, I just wish you good luck.
Btw, this guy has some rare Vw kits, I have most of them but with other box arts. Damn, if I had the money, I would buy all of them :(

Great.....just when I finally put a hold on buying any more models (until I actually finish some), you go and post a link of rare VW kits. Thanks man... LOL

Yes, sadly, very simplified:( And the body...reminds me of the Audi S1...Gonna swap with a normal rabbit body. Chassis derived from motorized kit from the 80s.

Whoa...that's disappointing.
Could you post close-up pics of the wheels, they seem to be odd in terms of diameter and sidewall ratio :screwy:

Oddly, I think they are Advans 4 lug and about 12''..With some kinda Goodyear offroading tire.

The kit's suggested wheelbase is questionable..wow..

Yikes....that looks horrible indeed!
You could use those wheels on an offroad kit and they would still look big.
It seems odd to have ground effects on a 4x4. Are you going to build it?

if the body is decent, I'd suggest getting another model for the interior and chassis, and make an SCCA racer, or something like that.
