car odometer not clocking

guys, i did some tinkering under my hood. nothing major, just playing with some stuff. i'm not real knowledgable though and somehow my car now doesn't count the miles its accumulating. its been going on for a few days before i noticed it.

anyway, how can i turn that back on?
