2033 winstar wont do any thing

hey guys hopfully some can help.I have an 03 ford windstar thar was running fine.I parked in driveway,went out five minutes later and it wont start.The radio,wipers nothing will come on.There a bunch of noise comming from fuse box area.The headlights only come on when you take key out of ignition,and the plate lights also.No other lights come on.The power door locks,horn wipers will not even work. the van will not even turn over,or try to turn over.Some one please help:banghead: :screwy:

I would suspect relays. High on the suspect list would be "Switched System Power Relays", the PCM power relay, and the fuel pump relay. Check your glovebox manual for locations.

Buy some new relays ... don't just switch old relays around.
