06 tacoma horn beep on door lock?

Is the horn suposed to beep when doors are locked with the key fob on toyotas? my panic button doesnt work eaither that may be related

I don't think the key fob is supposed to trigger the horn. Lately Toyota has been using a high pitched beep when you lock or unlock with the key fob.

only thing mine does is flash the parking lamps when i unlock or lock the doors with fob
