Sounds like you're having a grounding problem...make sure the ground wire has a good connection.

the only thing i have done is hook up the new headunit
the only ground i hooked up was the one tat screwed into the back of the old unit and i hooked tat up to the ground cable on my wiring harness
i dont have ne aftermarket amps for the speakers
i will soon have an amp and sub to put in but i dont want to put them in until i can get my speakers to work rite
the only speaker tat makes the noise is the front passenger side one
i need some help

interesting, try pulling the cd player out and moving the wiring harness over some. In fact, try playing it with the c d player out of the dash cavity with the car on.

ok i think i will try that tomwor in my autos class becuz i dont have nething else to work on then
there isnt much room to stuff the harness when i put the stereo in though so wat should i do if it works when the unit is out
i dont really want to cut into things
should i try puttin the new speaker in and c if it still does it?

if you are using the factory wiring for the speakers, changing the speakers will not help. If pulling out the cd player helps, then you will need to move the wires around somehow .... and yes I know, it's usually a very tight fit back there. If it doesn't help, take the ground wire from the cd player out of the harness and connect it directly to something metal back there.

ok well i put the new speakers in and it still did it
im thinkin now tat maybe i accidently hooked up the positive to the negative when i put in the cd player
would it make a high pitched noise all the time if i did tat??
tomarow i may change the wires around to c if tat is actually the problem
if not idk wat to do becuz tat cd player was a pain in the rear to put in

it might be that but i think your speakers would do that but not totaly sure

no, it wouldn't do that. it might if you connected somthing like the ground wire or power wire to the speaker.
