when i come to a stop and then try to excellerate it wont go because it seems to be in neutral...
wierd because to get it going again i have to go into reverse than back to drive,...
if i dont put it in reverse and try to go it just goes "wheeeeeeeeeeee"
lol i know this is probibly the hardest thing to understand but if you know what i mean..

Doesn't soung good. The last ford i had do that the tranny was shot. Computer is not letting it go back into gear is the best guess i have with given info. Did it make any noises? Did you ever hear a pop or anything?

Sounds like the vane pump turned into a garbage disposal..

Letting fluid go by and no pressure.. Good news its not. Less than 110k miles?.
Get a re manufactured tranny if you must.. rebuilts (aamco) are just bad part replaced.

Good Luck

What year and engine?
Will it go if you pull shifter into 2 and thane back to drive or does it only work if you go to "R"?

When was the last time it had a tranny filter and fluid change? Has the tranny ever been flushed?
Pull the dip stick and wipe some fluid on a white paper towel, what color is it? Does it smell burnt?

You can look for a used one at a junk & salavage yard, but being a 94 it will probably have a lot of miles on it too and there is a chance it won't be any good either. If yours is toast the best option is look for a shop that does complete rebuilds, get three or four bids and go with the lowest. Check with some used car lots and ask who they use to rebuild their trannys. Selling a 94 with 120K mi and a bad trany might get you $300. so you have a decision to make because in good condition it would bring $1,000. top dollar.
