Citation sells Texas forged-metal plant

Seeking to unload noncore businesses, metal parts maker Citation Corp. today said it sold its Texas forged-metal plant to a Los Angeles investor. Citation CEO Ed Buker said forgings make up less than 10 percent of his business.
