Delphi sets up $40 million China parts venture

SHANGHAI (Reuters) -- Bankrupt U.S. auto parts maker Delphi Corp. said today it will set up a $40 million auto parts venture in China with Hebei Lingyun Industrial Group, a local company, to boost sales there.
