95 blazer no start

I have a 95 Chevy Blazer that won't start. If I spray a couple squirts of starter fluid into the throttle, it'll stumble(choke) a couple of times and then start right up. Once it's runnin, it idles fine like nothing's wrong at all. After I shut the engine off and try to start it again, it'll choke like it wants to start but doesn't and then just cranks. The next time I try to start it, it just cranks. But it does crank normally though. I can hear the fuel pump priming itself with the key on, tested the injector plug with a noid light and it's good, I have spark out of the coil and wires, though the spark is orange. Oh, I opened the valve on top of the intake and there's no presence of any fuel inside the intake manifold. This is a weird problem for me. Gonna try the fuel filter first thing tomorrow. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like the CPI injector and nut kit is leaking.

If you havent done so I would try a tune up first.
Your spark should be blueish white. Nice and bright.
