How can I get more BHP for my Almera GTI?

Hi!

I have myself recently acquired an Almera GTI 1999 in a Tropical Green colour...Yum! I've already added a Pipercross airfilter and a Janspeed cat-back exhaust system but was wondering how I could increase the power even more. I've heard that you can get a racing head and cam for the engine to take it up about 50 bhp - is this true? If so where? Alos, I've seen that some have turbo-ed their Almeras...how? where? how much?
