I dont know what to do, im a junior and have 8 credits and need 20 to graduate I dont know if im gonna graduate on time. Im really hating life right now. It is so horrible

If this is highschool, I really don't see how your going to really make it threw college or on the broader spectrum life. Get your stuff together and work your butt off the coming terms then go to summer school and start working off your butt there too.

You need to shift the focus of your life from next week to two years time.

Its MCC in Bradenton, FL, and I had to talk to the head guy lol. I walked in saying I wanted my AA in a year, and I wanted to start with 7 classes. We ended up working it out to where I have 6 classes and 2 labs. I definintely got really weird looks that day in the office.

Just make sure you get some sort of higher education. Like said before look in a couple years/months time not tomorrow or next week. Life doesn't work like that.

You just need to get to work, I am not one to condone getting a GED but if you want to graduate on time that might be the only way. I think you need to just bust your ass. Talk to your school councilor.

bradebton, im about to move to tampa, well, go to school there. might commute.

Tampa is nice, but its busy as hell and always clustered with people and accidents. I live in Sarasota, the only problem here is the tons and tons of old people and slow drivers.

Other then that, FL is nice and make sure to come to Sarasota once in a while and check out Siesta Key, great beach.

School does suck but you'll get done with it. My sociology class consists of 5 exams (not including the final) and each come with a 17 page review guide along with 270 questions that you have to search for in your book, study, and memorize for the test. And to finish it off, many of her questions/problems will be like, "State four ways in which, according to Emilie Durkeim, deviance is funtional for a society as a whole." She will then have ten possible answers listed below. But the kicker is, is that out of the ten possible answers there may be 3 correct ones or 7, but she does not tell you how many you need to circle.

Exactly. Paying anywhere between $80 - $500 per credit hour and not going to class doesn't make much sense.

I have precious few hours to do my homework, and even then i usually end up passing on on my physics book and drooling on it. and i have a 50 minute commute to school/work and back, each way. I need to quit my job during the schoolyear. And the fact that i've been out of 'the game' for the past three years just makes it more suck.

On another note, I put in about 20-25 hours on average at my work along with school. You guys could have it a shit ton worse like me lol, I have to pay for car parts to get my eclipse running, its been wayyyyy to long. On top of it, this week Ive been sick and I just got an injection in my left elbow due to tendonitis, this hasnt been the best week, and Ive worked one day lol. Icyhot is my new best friend today.

first i need to find out about residency and fees (if i'm still classed as international by the time i come to study there) if i can't afford it in the timeframe i've set then i'll be working for a few years before i can study there.

All this UTI talk reminds me that I should find out if my friend graduated. He's been at UTI orlando for 2 years and I believe he said he was set to graduate this summer. I don't get to talk to him that much cuz he's been busy as hell with school, but when I do he talks about how great it is and how I should definitely do it once I graduate from college.
