What is the difference between the ARC version and the normal srt? I've always thought it was just differences in suspension but I wanted to verify that.

Well, the acr came with upgraded seats(usually) with ACR stiched in the headrest...It also came with 16x7 rims with 225 tires, upgraded suspension(tokico adjustables), and finally thicker swaybars.

Not really, I wouldn't limit your search to just an acr because think...you'll end up paying thousands more when the cost to make it similiar(handling wise) to an acr could be done for less thank 1k.

I dont think that I have seen one arc for sale in my area. My ideal srt is black and loaded, I found one in my area for cheap but its just a matter of when I car drive the 100 miles to go look at it. Here is the link if you want to take a look http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=209428995&dealer_id=55791005&car_year=2004&model=SRT4&bkms=1159324649902&num_records=25&make3=&make2=DODGE&start_year=2003&engine=&certified=&body_code=0&fuel=&search_type=both&distance=100&model2=DODNEON&make=DODGE&color=&min_price=&drive=&max_mileage=&style_flag=1&sort_type=priceDESC&address=55912&advanced=&end_year=2007&doors=&transmission=&max_price=&cardist=84

That one seems reasonable...I'm not too found of the "bling-bling" rims, but overall it looks okay. The price also seems reasonable, I would see about snagging that one up.
