So i had everything taped off (or so I thought) and was putting mulitiple coats of paint on a spot that needed to be fixed due to a chip. Got it all looking good and pealed my tape off and saw this

I might be able to get the paint off the e-brake cover with some stuff i have around but the other needs totaly taken apart becasue if how the overspray is. Looks like i am in for some sanding

There goes all the Paint job money I have been saving up all for underage drinking and being the one who brought it to the party. Btw... hand cuffs suck ass..

Odd as it is for me to say it I agree 100%.

There are a few things i have in my favor that are going to help me out tremendously.... SO hopefully the fines won't be too bad.

My first offense ever, not even a traffic violation
Eagle scout
Honor roll student..
Was extremly Cooperative with cop - even he noted this.

On my behalf it was a minor fuck up, and I only blew a .047 which equals 2-3 beers which is what I actually told the cop ( even though it should have been twice the legal limit of .080 becuase i was fuckin hammerd from beer pong) and i then found out I almost slept with a 16yr old when we had to produce all our ID's... when she told me she was 18..

Had to take out my peircing also (eyebrow and tongue) also had to make sure my neck was covered due to a tattoo on it. About the earrings with the ball as a clasp, :banghead: MAJOR PITA but I still like them because they look pretty sweet IMO.

Yes handcuffs suck ass...good thing I'm the one with them lol. If you think sitting in a car with handcuffs is bad...try training with them and getting thrown to the ground by the handcuff on your wrist...that shit hurts!

lol, getting caught sucks, you'll get better at that with more experience though, i never got the chance to experience a "minor in possesion" charge, in nebraska, no matter what you blow, if you're a minor with alchol on your breath, you're screwed, oh, and those handcuffs, you get used to them after a while, either of you 2 spend any actual time in jail though? I never got actually put in jail... ride in the tahoe to police station.. Finger printed, photo snap shot, yadda yadda.. walked out like 30 mins later with appearance ticket.

Speaking as a person that has seen his share of courtroom time (perhaps a little too much) I can tell you this right now that mistake number 1 is going into court in a suit. Judges dont give a damn how nice you are dressed and most judges with a chip on their shoulders see it as you are trying impress them and in the end it just ticks them off.

Just roll in calm and keep your shit together. Be respectfull but not too over the top. That will also make them think you are trying to be a little brown noser. Just treat it as just another day.

I could just fell the shit on my nose when I said ''your honor'' lol (not literally)

Ive got a pretty good rap sheet to date. 4 speading tickets, 1 improper position on a right hand turn, brandishing a loaded weapon in a residential area, 3 assualts and I got off on a attempted murder cause the guy I stomped the hell out of dropped the charges because it was a disagreement I took a little too far with a 2x4.

Only shit part is that on all 4 speeing tickets I got 12mph over the speed limit. The third ticket I was doing 95 in a 65 but the cop said since I seemed like a nice guy and it was early so I wasnt paying much attention to my speed he would right it off as 12 over. So these days I try and keep it down to like 10 over instead of 12. :lol:

Yeah I'm not into the whole fighting with weapons anymore. Last time that happend I got arrested and lots of stuff got broken so now if I have to fight I use my fists and only my fists.

I am too, but I carry a weapon in my car for those times that someone wants to be stupid. During the winter months when its easier to conceal, I keep it on me.
