Anyone have the torque specs for main/rod bearing caps?

I need to replace the rod bearings on my 93 88, but my Chiltons manual doesn't give any torque specs. I believe that the Haynes manual has them. Can someone find them for me?
Thanks,
Bobg

I checked out the webpage and they don't have the connecting rods cap torque specs at least not that I could see.

You are right, there are all trivial torques that no one uses but the important ones, anyway, 40 on the rods, 100 on the mains.

MaxWedge,
Thanks, I figured it was around 40 pounds on the rods. Crank, I figured it would be more.
Thanks again.
