I am not really stressed out because I am now finally going the direction I really want to be going, but it seems that I get more adgitated and pissed off more easily. I don't get it.

I spoke too soon. My horse decided he can't stand being in the trailer, mom is absolutely awful at driving the trailer(going fowards, backwards is even scarier), and the truck runs hot as a bastard.

Sometimes being close to your goal is tougher than being far away, and frustration appears.
Put blinders on the horse. He's probably nervous because of mom's driving.
Drive it yourself.
Although this isn't the right forum, what truck are we talking about, and does it overheat?

1.Never actually thought of that but your point makes very good sense now that I really think about it.
2.No she needs to learn for herself, without the horse. Blinders are for when they are scared of something they see and spook. This isn't a case where it would work. Just proper trailering would do the trick.
3.Talking about the tahoe. In all fairness it was mid-90s or higher that day and no it didn't overheat was getting close to it though. It was while she was trying to back in it really jumped up probably from not getting any air through the rad.

Meh, don't worry about it too much. You are right about not getting enough air. The fans on these engines don't turn enough air at idle to properly cool the engine. My truck is the same way, as soon as I get driving 20-30 mph though it tends to drop back down to about about 185-190 rather quickly.

I think I spoke too soon. My barn owner's mother's condition has taken a severe down hill turn over the past two weeks. She has lung and bone cancer both stage 4. I am prepping myself for a second funeral in a month or two. Last one was for my barn manager and close friend who was killed in a boating accident. Not sure if the link works still but it's worth a shot. http://www.newsday.com/news/local/longisland/ny-liacci0701,0,4934898.story?coll=ny-linews-headlines
