So, how do you take the door panels off of a 91 Camaro? I'm planning on getting them redone, and I kind of need to know. :)
Thanks!

i think they just pull off, like snaps, i got mine to come off a little by pulling where the indow goes in the door, i reached my fingures in there and got the top part off. Where in the hell have you been latly?

Haha, I didn't think anybody would actually notice me being gone so long. I've been working mostly, I work at Lane Automotive, if you've ever heard of it.
Yeah, I took a closer look at my panel today and I saw litte white snap like things on there. So I've got to take off all the panels on the door and stuff first and everything i'd assume. I plan on getting red and black peferated vinyl.. "Marlboro" Red on top, and black on the bottom, unless anybody can find me some sweet designs i can put on my door. :)

Make sure you get the screws inside the door arm rests.. they are kind of deep inside there, but it doesnt take long to get them out.
Also you have to take off the door's lock and other black stuff.. that holds up the mirror thing (Forgot the name..) after that then just pull it right off.. not too hard.

We know how long you're gone.. if you are.
But yeah just pull them out.. they usually dont put up a fight.

This is kind of what it'll look like.. but I don't know if I like it. (Done in Photoshop)
Note: The red will be alot darker, more of a maroon color and it won't have the black stripe. Also, the red painted panels on the door will be back to their natural black.

However, I want something that looks a little more sporty, and not so.. "This guy just got it redone." I want it to look good. Like this other picture, but that's not a Camaro door I don't think.. Anybody know if this is possible to do on a 91 RS, and how to go about doing it?

That wont look that bad at all.. but I hope your door wont have that red/black/red thing on the small panels like it does in the pic.. that just makes it look kind of funny.

It'd be possible to do it in a 3rd gen with some custom fabrication.. just go with what you were originally.. it looks pretty good.

just go slow taking the top rail off, they like to tear the panel.
