92 T&C Parts manuf info needed

I'm in the process of trying to find out just whom it is that makes these stupid bendix 10 ABS system parts for Chrysler, in perticular the master cyl that is one unit, and is ONLY available through the dealer ( if they even have one) I have now gone around since March with the dealer here who orderd the parts, and Chrysler Customer Service, who has "upgraded" the order, what ever that means. It seems that no one at the dealership, or CCS knows where this "manufacturer" is, or how to contact them, weird, since these parts are "orderd" by someone from someone. My question is.... does anyone have a email or phone number to whom ever it is that makes these parts? I'm ready to go to my local TV station for a look at this mess. In Va we have to have a annual inspection and the ABS stuff won't pass it, so it ends up not being able to be used, we can't just "wait" forever for parts. I'm thinking of a suit to either buy the POS from me, or give me a free loner while I have to wait. But there has to be someone who knows who this Co is that makes these things that have been on recall now long enough for them to get the parts out and how to contact them.
