2000 ZX2 Service Engine Soon light?

hey, i need help with my zx2. it has about 98,000 miles on it and i just noticed that the service engine light came on just today under normal driving. i just got the timing belt changed and i have a new alternator. Let me no of any ideas of problems you all have. Thanks!

i have a billion ideas of what it could be. but thats not good mechanics.

go have the code read ... if they give you a # or code, which sometimes they do, take it to a dealer and they will cipher it. then go from there.

Just go to your local AutoZone and they will scan it for free.
