2005 Odyssey Water Leak Problem

I recently had my windshield replaced. It was hit by a rock kicked up from the truck in front of me on the highway. Anyway, I had my windshield replaced. Now whenever it rains, I have water leaking from behind the dash. Water is dripping from above the foot rest on the driver side. I took it back to the place that replaced the windshield and they reseal it once. The second time, they saw where the water was dripping from and said it was coming from the drain pipe inside the sunroof. The person remove the molding from the roof line and showed me where that hose run to. He said the hose was clogged and he blew some air to clear it. It made some sense at first since I saw some water dripping near the top left side of the dash, which was above the bottom of the windshield.
But this weekend I realized that when I turned on the wiper after I came out of the store, the leak was coming out faster then when the car is idle. This leads me to think that it might be the windshield not seal correctly. Anyway, the worst part of this leak is that area above the foot rest has a lot of wires plugged into a computer board as well as the fuse box right underneath the wires. This area gets wet and it causes the car alarm to go off (it thinks the passenger side sliding door is open. That sliding door light is light up on the dash even though the door is close). Also the ABS light, Traction Control and vehicle stability control light comes on and stays on. The alarm will go off randomly for the next couple of days until that area dry out. I had to keep the driver side door unlock to prevent the alarm system from arming. This is the factory security system built into the car.
Can someone give me some feedback as to where the water might becoming from? Does anyone know where the water drain to on the windshield? Is it the same drain area as the sunroof drain hole? Also is there a way to disable the security system so that the alarm does not go off?
Any feedback is appreciated.

well in your case I would focus more on the windshield not being seated properly. Take it back and have them look at it. The drains for the sunroof will run down each right and left pillar. Possibly 2 at the rear to. You can try opening the sunroof and locating the drain channel. At each corner you should see a drain hole. Try pouring some water into the drain channel to see if it drains out. You should see the water drain somewhere right behind the front wheels under the car.

I did pour some water into the drain holes and water is coming out from behind the front wheels. I am going to bring my car back to the place that replaced my windshield and have them fix it.

I would avoid driving deep under water, especially in the ocean because of salt, this car is not supposed to be submarine anyway :grinyes::rofl:
