rad fan dosen't work

my rad fan is't working i dont know if it bad or the wirings bad how do i find this out?:smokin:

Check to see if a fuse is burnt out, and also check the wiring. the rad fan has one single electrical plug to the electric motor. You can see the plug best from underneath the car.
