Hello, recent purchaser of a 99' BMW Z3 2.3 (2.5L) with 57K on it. Of course there are the expected scratches and normal wear and tear of the car however something that is becoming increasingly scary to me is a chirp coming from the back or mid section of the vehicle.
When in 3rd or 4th gear I (manual transmission) and I begin to deaccelerate something which is rotating is causing a chirp (which becomes slower and slower as the speed decreases) leading me to believe that it is in the drive shaft a problem.
Anyone else expierence this problem or can help me out?
Thanks.
