Ok, so i just bought a 94 accord ex a few weeks ago. When i bought it, the heater blower worked fine. But after 2-3 days, it started acting funny. Sometimes when id turn it on, it would blow heat fine, other times it would do nothing. So now, it never blows. I thought that maybe it was a loose wire so i checked the connection to the knob. It is fine. No loose wires there. Then i thought that maybe a fuse wasnt in all the way. So i checked them all and made sure they were all nice and tight. Then i thought that maybe the knob was bad. So i pulled out the knob and checked it with an ohmmeter. It was fine. My next step, as far as i can tell, is to pull out the blower motor, and check for loose wires. If I dont find any, how do i test the blower motor? Or what else could be wrong? If youve ever had this problem before, or may be able to help in anyway, please post some help. Thanks.

Really wish I had more concrete of an answer to give you, however the only anecdotal knowledge I have, is this:
On my gf's Pontiac, they had mounted a blower motor resistor on the firewall, then commonly moisture gets in, and this resistor wasn't waterproofed, so they go bad and cause the blower to only work on position 1 and 5, nothing in between. While obviously this isn't the exact same problem, you may want to start checking all the wires from teh blower and tracing them up the firewall or wherever. If they have become worn, they maybe shorting out erratically.

what you could do first is to see if your blower motor is gettin power to it. there should be a 2pin connector...one of which is power (yellow/black). disconnect it from the blower motor...and probe the power wire and turn on the blower motor and see if you get battery voltage. if you do....check the motor itself by running direct power to it and see if it works. if you don't get power...recheck to see if the fuse isn't blown....next check the blower motor relay. that's over on the driver side fuse panel.
