It depends on the car.
Most unibody construction vehicles have the underbody painted when the rest is painted so it is the same color as the top surfaces. A lot of the time an underbody coating is applied though which is either gray or black so you don't see the color coat underneath.

Not really the right question. You should look at the particular car you are building to find what is correct for that type. Another car could be different regardless of how the percentages for all cars pan out.
