How to front rotor when it seized on 95 Windstar?

I have done my share my rotor/pad replacments on 2 of our GM cars+1 of wife's brother's Honda the last 3 years... Today my sister's husband came over and wanted me to replace their 1995 Windstar's front brake.
Everything is easy on passenger-side with new rotor and new pads. 1 of the old pads were completely worn and basically metal on metal and I guess why they came to me in such hurry... On the driver-side, the caliper and bracket bracket came off easily; however, the rotor is seized. I soaked about half can of PB blaster front & back onto the rotor and hammered it with 4lb hammer. The rotor refused me came out. I waited a hour or so with more PB Blaster, it still didn't come off... They have to leave at 2PM so I put new pads on the old driver-side rotor (that I hammered; the front surface is perfect, the back surface got many hammer marks). Luckily, no vibration or loss of brake power during my test drive. I tole my brother-in-law the new pads will last the remaining life of their 95 van and tell them not to change it if brake is ok... They also own a 2000 Windstar that never been serviced on brake; I told my sister to do the brake after this winter and never wait til it is too late...
So my question, what are the tricks that you guys use when rotor absotely is seized?

Heat. Heat. and more Heat. An acetylene torch works well. A propane torch will work but take much longer. I've also used a large drift punch with a large hamer through the larger two holes in the hub. I've also used a large hammer on the front edge of the rotor.:banghead: :banghead:

HEAT..... HEAT..... more heat... I ended up heating it so hot it was actually red.. then smacking it with a 3lb sledge from behind. I could not believe how seized mine was. Ive done tons of brake/rotor jobs b4 and never ran into a rotor so seized as my 95 windstar.
