No turn signals, no emergency signals

Our windstar has always been electrically schizophrenic, but usually involving minor interior issues. This one's a little bigger.

No turn signals or emergencies observed from the exterior of the van. Also no dash signal indicators working.

Any thoughts?

We need to transfer the title and registration on the van. Can't do that until inspection. Can't do that until turn signals work. Registration expired. Has one parking ticket. :banghead:

Thanks

The turn signals AND hazzard lamps get the power from the Electronic Flasher Relay in the I/P fues panel (next to the driver's left foot....up under the dash).
Fuse 27 powers the flasher, and Fuse 25, powers the bulbs through the flasher contacts, and the multifunction switch (turn signal lever).
The Hazzard button places the multifunction switch into the "hazzard" position.

I would check fuses 25 & 27, and the bulbs (yes, it is possible for them to all burn out). If you have an aftermarket trailer harness, it can factor into this as well.
The other things would be the flasher, or the multifunction switch.......possible wire broken at the multifunction switch.

I list the multifunction switch last....as it is harder to mess with....and you want to be sure that the other things are working first.
