leaky thermostat housing? 3.4 1995 MC

I see coolant coming from my thermostat housing out of the blue( 95 3.4 MC) and I ve changing cooling system parts on this car for the last month and a half(radiator two pipes and a heater hose nipple) and now this. Any body ever seen a whole system fall apart like this? Anyone ever seen the thermostat housing leak?

try taking the thermostat housing right off, sand down the surfaces well, and replace the gasket.
