98 magnum for sale ???

1998 magnum, red, 99,000 miles,a/t,a/c.great condition. friend offered to sell it to me. new orleans area, but no katrina damage.what do you guys think i should pay for this truck?

clearification= i,m talking about a mid sized pick up truck. perhaps it is called dakota magnum r/t ?
