I hope you folks do not mind if I post a Villager problem on this forum. I'm not really sure how many people view the Villager posts and I would really like to try and help my friends out of a jam.
I have some friends that came to visit me in Colorado. Their 1997 Villager ran fine all the way out here from St. Louis. They went out to start the Villager the next day any it would not start up.
I check the plugs and there is spark, I pulled off the gas filter line and cranked the engine for a couple of seconds and it seemed to have good fuel pressure. The motor cranks but will not fire up.
The unit is a 1997 Mercury Villager with a 3.0 v6 auto.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.
