1997 Jeep Grnd Cherokee 4.0 Engine swap

After doing a engine swap in a 4.0 engine, I am getting codes 11 and 12 .I have checked the crankshaft sensor it reads 5.0 when the cranked is turned by hand.

Get the OBD11 or engine spefic codes.
And post them back.
Your 2 digit codes have different diffenations for the same code no. Not good.
