Can I get a thread thumbtacked from an mod or admin?

This is directed towards a moderator or admin.
I'm currently organizing the 7th annual Ford SVT Contour National Meet for May 2006. I'd like to post info about the event in the Ford Contour branch and have it stickied so it doesn't get kicked all the way to the bottom of the page every couple days. I'd hate to have to post a "ttt" and clutter up the thread like I did last year. Anyone care to help?
