Car will not start

I have a 1998 Saturn SC2, Automatic. I was unhooking my sub box in the trunk and while unscrewing the power cable I noticed a small spark from the screwdriver to the amp (something I think I've noticed before when doing this). I had not unhooked the ground yet though so I thought nothing of it. However, now the car will not start and some other things dont seem to work. When I turn the key, the dash lights come on though. The headlights work, the windshield wipers will work, the dome light, etc. However, the radio won't work, the keyless entry/trunk thing won't work, and the car will not start. After checking what I feel like was ALL of the fuses (in both fuse boxes), I tried jumping it even though I didnt think that would help...it did not. Any ideas?

Sorry, I didn't read all the threads before I posted. It was the chime fuse, one of about 3 that I did NOT check the first time.
