I came as far as a Lagonda of some sort, at least I think it's a Lagonda?
Please enlighten me, that is one of the coolest cars I've ever seen!

Wrong Lagonda, the one I'm looking for is more of a Bentley, RR or even a big Jaguar in the design. Probably a late 40 or early 50th car with long sweeping lines drawn free hand rather then with a steel ruler :naughty:
Something like this 1938 Drop head coupe, only 10-15 years newer.

Thank's for trying!

The movie came out in 1947. ITs about a gardener wanting to be a doctor, right? Im willing to bet it was a pre-war car, since new cars of any panache were a rarity in still-war-torn-and-recovering Europe.
Since I havent seen the movie, thats all the help i can offer, but I think it should at least narrow down your search :)
