Please excuse my ignorance, but how do Corvettes hold up in the winter? I know pretty much everyone stores them, but does anyone drive them year round in the midwest? If not, what is it about them that makes them unable to be driven in the winter?
Thanks for the time.

Light in weight plus rear wheel drive and low clearance makes for a car stuck in snow waiting to happen. No traction in slippery conditions because of weight distribution.

That's pretty much what I expected. I drive a Firebird year-round. It's a hassle, but far from impossible. I figure it would be the same thing, just worse with a lighter and more powerful car.

The big thing for me is that it has such low profile/ wide tires that anything buy dry pavement would be tricky for anyone but the drivers with lots of experence in bad weather...
And then if you know how to drive it, you still face the terror of someone else sliding into you...Not worth it IMHO!
Good luck/skill!
