I own a 93 s10 with a bench seat. I was wondering if it is possible to swap out the bench and put in bucket seats. The truck is not an extended cab. thanks

did it in my 98, 3 of 4 bolts lined right up and literally bolted right in, only fab i did was i made a steel spacer, and took flat stock and drilled 2 holes in it so i could bolt one end of stock to seat and one end to truck floor, not a direct fit, not bad

i did it in my 95, all i had to do was switch the rails and everything worked perfect...

well mine fits perfectly and i trashed the bench seat... does anyone know if its legal to put seats in the bed?... i doubt it but maybe some roll bars and seat belts might legalize it maybe not

in Michigan as long as there are seat belts, it is leagal to have seats in the back of a truck, foward or rear facing

ps, i assumed, but i should mention, that the seats and belts must be fastend to the truck and not just floating

My Little Brother Took An Old Recliner, Unscrewed The Foot Pegs, And Then Drilled Four Holes In His Bed, And Used Four 3 1/2 Inch Bolts To Attach The Recliner To His Bed. He's Got A 90 That Has Been Through Hell And Back, But When We Go Fishing, We Get Into Fights About Who Gets The Truck Chair.

I have an 87 S10 and I did a seat swap with a 2003 S10... 3 or 4 bolts lined up.. just make sure you get new seat belts...

has everybody just swapped with another s-10? I LOVE the seats in my firebird, but i dont know how much trouble they'd be to put in.

The easiest thing I suggest is get 2 pieces of wood for each seat and mount the wood to your floor, then mount the seats to the wood... I started to do that with a set of seats out of 03' S10, but the seats bolted right up .
