Last night I had a guy try to murder me.
I had this mexican working for me for a little while. He wanted cash and stuff and he always wanted money up front, but if he ever got it he'd never finish the jobs. So I always refused to pay him like that. I paid him almost $400 to do some body work on a truck and paint it. He did the body work then disappeared right before he was supposed to paint it. AND he got the money. But I paid him in a check. I stop payed the check and told him he wasn't getting all that money. He's like "oh no it's fine, see I had to do more body work than I thought anyways." Then he took the key to another truck and we didn't see him for a few days. I went and got the key from him. He was doing coke in our shop, then he started coming in coked up, coming in drunk because he was an alcoholic, then he started bringing these two friends to help him out. wtf... So that day my business partner told him to piss off. Then two days later a $1200 head unit disappeared from the truck that he stole the key for. We obviously told the cops. Then last night i'm working with my painter and my mechanic and i see their car drive by.
I walk over to see if they would pull up here, they did. I was kind of behind a big panel van, before I could even get back behind the gate they'd hopped out and come running up to the painter and mechanic. My mechanic is a fighter and NOT a small guy. Before he even saw them they had him on the ground choking him. And choking him good. Screaming "fucked with my family, fucked with my life! bringing cops! I'm gonna fuck you up then I'm gonna KILL YOU." While they're choking him to death. Then they start screaming "WHERE'S MATT?!" screaming they're going to fucking kill me. I've been on the phone with the police then. They find me. I get to the top of the van, then when dood tries to climb up I kick him in the head jump a few vans then hit the pavement running. A customer friend of mine just happened to be pulling up. I get in his car and we bust out, but I'm thinking they've killed will, because that's what it looked like to me. So time travel, I'm at the station, the god damned cop tells me all they can charge him with is a misdemeanor assault. For coming to kill me. For trying to kill me. For trying to kill Will. And they're hitting him with a misdemeanor... that's IF they catch him?! WHAT THE FUCK?!
So now I'm on my way to get my blue card, my shotgun, and picking up a 9mm. These guys know where my shop is and where my other shop is, what i drive, etc. This won't end until someone's dead.

umm......i see what you're saying but be careful, if you fill him/them with a bunch'a 9mms then you could be done form murder unless you can prove it was self-defense, even them you could probably be done for manslaught (dunno if its the same in US) if you can, if he comes back told him there (use cable-ties, they're nylon an if you tie his thumb together he'll never get out of them without wire cutters) an hold him until the police get there, but dont do anything stupid, please don't.

That's why you don't screw around with those illegal Mexicans. If he can't work legally, then I wouldn't hire him. I mean how hard can it be to find employees that can work legally? If they're here ilegally they're more likely to be in a gang and what not.

This is not the first time you have had work - related trouble.
I think you need to relocate or find another line of business. Being a small business owner in the service industry sucks when you have to deal with the kind of troublesome customers and employees that you have.

No I'm not just going to go out and murder him. Damn. But the guy that got choked I had to hold back from trying. He was PISSED. Blacking otu and shit that night, like he was going into some wierd seizures n shit.
No he's not an illegal alien. Jesus, little quick to the draw there, sport.
I got my blade sharpened and I keep it with me at all times, additionally I keep company with me more frequently.
The guy DID follow a friend of mine who was driving my car. Luckily, my friend had his uncle with him. His uncle knew all about that shit and had a little bit of past history with this guy. His uncle jumped out of the car when my friend stopped to kick some ass and the mexican gunned it away. And there's been several sightings all over town. I'm a little worried still.
I think we actually can get him for attempted murder though. But if anything happens to him, all charges will be dropped. I'm not too worried about that, unless he comes back. And if he does, the outcome will be quite bad.
