viper esp 500 problem

I have a viper esp 500 in a 97 integra for the last 6 or so years. it worked fine until 3 months ago. it locks and arms fine but without the chirp or alarm sound. it's not in valet mode. i don't know if the horn's gone bad or if there is a fuse somewhere that might of blown. please help.
