:eek7: I tried to drill out the pulley bolt with a titanium drill bit but I guess I went too fast and the bit broke inside so then I drilled around the titanium bit with a cobalt bit and everything was fine till it hit the other drill bit and broke off so now there is two drill bits stuck inside. I just want to know if someone knows of a stronger bit that will go through titanium and cobalt and where to buy it or if anyone has any other ideas

wait wait! Be very careful. hurting your crankshaft snout will up the bill a lot more than a broken crank bolt. u might have dug yourself into a hole already cause the best way to remove a broken bolt is to use a left handed stud remover(drill into the middle of the stud and then use a left hand drill bit and it will unscrew it). But if you can salvage it then do what u can. Did just the head break off or did it break off at the end of the crankshaft?

the bolt basically broke off in half the two pieces of drill bit are still wedged right in the middle of the bolt thats why now I cant really do what you said the left handed stud remover will get eaten away by the drill bits and the left handed drill bit needs to be able to drill through the bit pieces so please tell me I'm not screwed

Can you grind a couple of flats on the side of the head of the bolt (carefully) to accept a socket or box or open end wrench (+ cheater bar)? Maybe grind the drill bits flush with the bolt head? Can you weld the bolt head solid?

Sorry, I can't picture what condition the bolt is in.
