I replaced the front brakes, rotors, calibers, pads about two weeks ago. Over the weekend the pedal traveled all the way to the floor with no visible loss of fluid.
Today I replaced the master cylinder and still the same results the pedal gets spongy when the engine is turned on. Otherwise during normal bleeding procedures the pedal appears very hard (good).
What to do?

did you bench bleed your master cylinder prior to placing on the car? If not, you've trapped air in your system and now you'll need to bleed out all four wheels to get out that trapped air that has been placed in your system.
