2002 Envoy XL rear a/c not working!

I have a 2002 Envoy XL thats out of warrenty, the rear a/c unit dosn't work at all..no fan motor noise..no cold air..nothin. I took apart the rear panel to expose the rear fan blower motor..and tested it..the blower works when i grounded out the motor..full fan speed. My question is where do i check next, i checked all the fuses and the control switches (with an ohm meter) is their a relay switch that could be the problem, if so where is it? any help would be greatly appriciated. thanks in advance.

My rear control panel circuit went bad and was replaced. After that, the AC worked again.

My dealer simply replaced the whole rear control module (with knobs and switches for the radio and ac) at the back of the center console. You can probably find one on ebay every so often...
