Welcome Julio,
YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM! JIGGLE ALL THE WIRES!
We can help, it's just that you must be more specific. ("Messed with" don't cut it.) Explain exactly what you want fixed, and exactly what you've tried so far. That will get our collective wheels turning about what you need to do next.

Do everyone a favor. Stop typing in all caps. You're yelling. We're not deaf (or blind), but continuing will all but guarantee you'll be ignored in the future.
I don't care if it's 'easier' for you, or 'I'm to lazy', please stop.

I am not yelling. It just looks better writing big. I did not mean anything by writing in bold. Thanks

I checked the fuses and fuse #1 was not working so I replaced it and the lights worked perfectly. Thanks for your help but now I need to figure out how to work the rear windshield wiper......

If you cant find it in the fuse bay you will have to find the rear window wiper relay or check to see if power is going to the motor with a test light..If no power to the motor its most likely the relay of a hiden fuse you mite of over look.. which is not hard seeing the are some tiny fuses in there and there easy to miss.. If you do try this the red one is the pos just use the metal as the ground... not trying to be smart but the wiper does have a red wire.. the others are white and multi colored white being the park wire and also ground....

I've found that the rear wipers on Fords (well the two that I've owned)mainly quit working because the shaft that runs through the back door over time siezes with the bushings. I've taken two of these apart and have gotten them working again. I take avery thing apart if it's not working.
I would recommend replacing the wiper motor if this is the case.

Dan,
Thank you. I will replace the wiper motor then. How much would it cost? Can I do it myself?

Julio
Replacing something involves getting to it without damaging the pannels finding out what's wrong, getting the damaged item out fix/repair and replacing it. Cost? Depending where you get it. If you get used, (20.00 to 40.00) and if it works, the shaft should be lubed because it has been exposed to the elements. New? I haven't done new. Call around.
I don't know your mechanical ability.
