03 tow package

i just bought a 03 windstar. how can i tell if it has a tow package? an what kind of gas milige can i expect? thanks for the info.

If the van has a factory tow package you would have a aux. trans cooler mounted under the front bumper in front of the a/c condenser,you would also have an engine oil cooler between the oil filter and the block and also , you would have the tow loom connecter under the rear bumper.
