95 windstar gas out exhast

my 95 windstar is pouring gas out the manifold, i thought it might be a stuck injector but its not could this be a head gasket or maybe a exhast valve.

Could be your fuel regulator. Easy to check. Find it and pull off the vacuum hose and look/smell for gas. If it's bad, the diaphram will be ruptured and gas will be sucked in from the fuel line into the manifold.
