Envoy Fuel Tank

My 2002 GMC Envoy Service Engine Soon light came on (100,000 miles). Dealer says that my filler neck is comeing loose from gas tank and creating a vaccum, which sets off computer.

Diagnosis is a new fuel tank. $ 900.00 plus for part and labor.

Any other options ?

poss you could glue it with a good 2 part epoxy it is all plastic and i have even fixed broken transmission cases with tis stuff.
let me know if it works.
