Leak on '92 Accord

bought my son a '92 honda accord ex...is running fine but i'm worried about a recent thing i've noticed. Occasionally, when parked on our street (slight slanted on drivers side) there is some sort of liquid leaking from underneath-it's a clear substance with a tiny bit of tackiness to it...can anyone tell me what i should be checking for this problem? Leak comes from the front axle area of the vehicle and as i said before is occasional not constant-thx for any advice CS

see if it leaks at the same time as the air-conditioning was used...could be the condensation dripping
